How to Determine Your Dancer's Level:
At Platinum Dance Center, classes are leveled first by age and then by the number of technical training hours a dancer takes each week. Proper class placement is important to support strong technical development, dancer safety, and injury prevention as skills progress. If your dancer is interested in enrolling in more than 5 hours of classes per week, please contact the studio at registration@pdctally.com or call 850-765-6600 so we can ensure they are placed in the appropriate level for their training and experience.
Primary Level - Ages 5 to 6 Years
Level I - Ages 7 to 8 Years
Level II - Ages 9 to 10 Years
Dancers enrolling in 1–4 hours per week should register for Beginner/Intermediate classes. Dancers taking 5 or more hours per week qualify for Advanced classes. Advanced-level enrollment is by placement only; please contact the studio for registration assistance. There are additional classes listed below under "COMBINED LEVEL CLASSES".
Level III - Ages 11-12 Years
Dancers enrolling in 1–4 hours per week should register for Beginner/Intermediate classes. Dancers taking 5 or more hours per week qualify for Advanced classes. Combined Level Classes
At Platinum Dance Center, our instructors are experienced in training dancers with a wide range of abilities and experience levels. The classes listed below are intentionally combined to create the best possible classroom environment. This structure allows dancers to learn from one another, build strong peer relationships, and receive well-rounded instruction tailored to the needs of the group as a whole.
