We know that with recitals come lots of questions! We've put together a comprehensive Recital Packet to help answer the most frequently asked questions.

SECURE YOUR DANCER'S RECITAL SHIRT
PURCHASE TICKETS
Parents must fill out the form linked below with your dancer's t-shirt size and name spelling by April 20, 2025!
If you do not fill out the form by then, we will choose your dancer's size based on our costume measurements and spell their name the way it is in our database.
BOOK YOUR RECITAL PHOTOS
Recital pictures will be taken in-studio on May 3 and 4. Photos will be taken by appointment only, and there is a $10 fee to hold your appointment time. Recital proofs will be sent prior to ordering, and there is no obligation to order your photos.
Priority sales for PDC families will begin on April 7, 2025. You will need your priority code AND coupon code (valued at $30) to secure your first two tickets.

SUBMIT PROGRAM SHOUT-OUT
Our Recital Programs are commemorative and high-quality each season. We offer parents and/or businesses the opportunity to shout-out their dancer, or advertise their business, for a small fee. All personal ads will be custom-designed for you. All you need to do is send photos and verbiage!

VOLUNTEER SIGN-UP
It is not possible for us to provide this performance opportunity to our dancers without volunteer help! It takes a LOT of help to make our shows a reality. We appreciate your willingness to lend a hand to make this show possible for all of our hard working dancers! More information about volunteering can be found in the Recital Packet.
PRE-ORDER YOUR FLOWERS
& CANDY BOUQUETS
All flower bouquets will be 20-stem varying blooms with greenery. Pre-orders will be available for pickup at Will Call. All bouquets are $20.
Candy bouquets will have 8 full-size candy bars with a balloon and treats for your dancer to celebrate the SWEET recital they had! All bouquets are $20.
BOOK HAIR & MAKEUP
Does the idea of having to do a perfect bun and makeup on your dancer give you the nerves? No worries! You can now book an appointment for $20 with one of our teen dancers to have your child's hair and makeup done pre-show on Recital Day. TAKE THE STRESS AWAY!

Not all classes will perform in the Spring Recital. Click below for the complete list of classes that will be performing and which shows they are in.
SHOW RUNNING ORDERS

NEW FOR 2025
All dancers will have an on-stage TECH rehearsal on Friday, May 16, 2025. Dancers must arrive wearing a black leotard, black leggings and bring appropriate footwear for each registered class.
Dress rehearsals will be done in class the week of April 21-24. Please see the recital guide for more details.

Note: We hope this change makes the dress rehearsal experience easier and faster for our families! By not having costume and tights changes, our dancers will be able to have a more relaxed experience.

COSTUME INFORMATION
FINAL DETAILS
The music for each dance will be uploaded to your Parent Portal in the coming weeks and can be found by clicking on the "View Resources" button. Music for each dance will be available by April 20. Please use these music files to help your dancer(s) practice at home.
PARENT WATCH WEEK/
IN STUDIO DRESS REHEARSAL
The week of April 21, all dancers will receive their costumes in class. They will try them on and perform for their families during their class time, in-costume. They will also be taking their class recital photos this day. Please see the Recital Guide for more information.
Please visit your Parent Portal and check the "View Resources" button to access a master list of costume details including a picture, tights and shoe specifications and other information on what to wear. This information will be available the week of April 7th.

ALL BALANCES MUST BE PAID IN FULL IN ORDER TO RECEIVE YOUR DANCER'S RECITAL COSTUME.
​
Costumes will begin going home the week of April 21st and must be signed out at the front desk by a parent/guarding for dancers under age 12. Dancers ages 13+ may sign out their own costume.
